NORWAY — Painters, jewelry makers, sculptors, photographers and nonprofit booths will fill Main Street at the Norway Arts Festival from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 9.
Main Street will be pedestrian-only during the festival.
Also featured is a variety of performances ranging from military marches to poetry readings to Hank Williams’ songs.
Performances at the kiosk at Town Square include:
• Guitarist/singer Brad Hooper, 9 a.m.
• Acoustic duo Rhythm Sparrow, 10 a.m.
• Singer/songwriter Kristen Short, 11 a.m.
• Martin Dockery’s Wanderlust, 12:15 p.m.
• Mountain Poets Society, 1 p.m.
• Singers Katey Branch and Ruby DayBranch, 2 p.m.
• Guitarist/singer Country Bruce, 3 p.m.
The 195th Army Band of the Maine Army National Guard will perform on the street at 11:45 a.m.
The Hio Ridge Dancers will perform “On the Bridge” in front of the Advertiser Democrat’s offices at 1:30 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public.
