Hurry Down Sunshine, the performing duo of local musician and songwriter Stan Davis, left, and crooner and guitarist Brian Kavanah will perform on Tuesday, June 28, as part of the “Music for Mavis” concert series at the Turner gazebo. The duo is know for folk songs, traditional music and ballads to warm hearts and set toes tapping. The concert begins at 6:30 p.m. and in the event of inclement weather will be moved to the library next door. Suggested donations of $5 to $10 will be used to pay the performers. Blankets and chairs are welcome.
