1999 – 2016
AUGUSTA — Lily May Swearingen, 17, of Auburn died Tuesday, June 21, as a result of an automobile accident.
She was born in Lewiston on May 19, 1999. She was attending Edward Little High School.
Lily enjoyed hanging out with friends and family, hiking, long-boarding and rollerblading. She was very artistic and was always painting or sketching and making jewelry out of materials found on her nature walks.
Lily was a strong-willed soul and a devoted friend. She will be remembered for her dedication to those she loved and the less fortunate, her outgoing personality, determination and sense of humor.
She is survived by Paul, Marie, Angel, Opal, Levi and Jacob Swearingen, Ellen Borne, Ginny Beauchesne, Lorraine Beauchesne and Alice Samson as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and a niece.
She will be sadly missed by Ditrick Allard, all of her friends, family and extended family. She will be forever in our hearts and never forgotten by the many whom she touched.
