Cost: $8 for adults, $4 for children ages 5 to 10; free for children.
Proceeds benefit the maintenance of the Wilkins Community House

PARIS — Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9787 will serve a chicken pie supper from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at 58 Lower Main St.

LEWISTON — Community members from all demographic and cultural spheres are invited to the L-A Community Unity Barbecue. The goal of the barbecue is promote conversation and discover what unites locals.
The event will be from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 30, under tents in Kennedy Park on Pine Street.
The event will include public speakers, musical entertainment, conversation, community service organizations and story recording about living in Lewiston-Auburn.
Event is free and open to the public.
