Soil & Water districts bulb sale

AUGUSTA — Kennebec and Knox-Lincoln Soil & Water conservation districts are offering fall bulbs for next spring’s bloom.

Orders are due by Thursday, Aug. 18. The bulbs will be available at the district offices in Augusta or Rockland during the week of Oct. 17.

Fall Fair & Flea Market

AUBURN — The First Auburn Senior Citizens will host its Fall Fair & Flea Market Saturday, Oct. 1.

Those who wish may rent a table for $10 to sell items. All vendors are welcome.

The doors will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a concession stand for doughnuts and coffee at breakfast, and hot dogs, chips and water for lunch.
