1928 – 2016

AUBURN — Lorraine B. Marston, 87, of Andover died Monday, Aug. 22, at the Hospice House, Auburn.

She was born in Rumford on Sept. 17, 1928, the daughter of Guy and Annabelle (Clark) West, and had attended Rumford schools. For many years, she worked at the Andover Dowel Mill.

She was married in Andover in 1947 to David H. Marston, who died in 1994.

Survivors include a son, Stephen Marston and wife, Bonnie, of Andover; daughters, Brenda Coolidge of Newport, Margaret Nadeau and husband, Lewis, of Norway, Janet Goughnour and husband, Michael, of Lewiston, and Linda Marston-Clark and husband, Michael Clark, of Mechanic Falls; six grandchildren, Katie Young, Joseph Marston, Michelle Taylor, Brandi and Chad Herrick, and Alfred Cochran; seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, David; and grandchildren, Randy Cochran and Christine Marston Rowe.
