I am pleased to write this letter of support for my friend, John Patrick, for re-election to represent residents of northern Oxford County and Livermore and Livermore Falls in Androscoggin County.
I have known him for years and had the honor of serving with him on the Labor, Commerce, Research and Economic Development Committee these past four years. Patrick, a maintenance mechanic by trade, is employed by Catalyst Paper in Rumford.
As a senator, he works with all legislators on behalf of the people of Maine and his district. He understands the Maine Legislature and applies that knowledge with a strong, confident voice for rural Maine, its workers, small businesses, the young and the elderly.
All Mainers benefit by his leadership skills, his understanding of issues and his ability to communicate the people’s views in Augusta.
Sen. John Patrick deserves to be re-elected to the Maine Senate.
