1962 – 2016

SILVER SPRINGS, Fla. — David Donald Downs of Silver Springs, Fla., passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Sept. 4.

Born Nov. 20, 1962, he was the son of Roger Downs and Elizabeth Mooney Downs. David went to school in Sumner and Buckfield. He worked for Cianbro and NEPW. His passions were NASCAR racing (Mark Martin) and football (Patriots). David moved in with his parents four years ago after becoming disabled.

He leaves behind his parents; daughters, Christine Downs; Amy and husband, Justin Rouille, along with their five boys; Samantha and fiancé, Edward Ker, and their two daughters; Jessica and daughter, Adelyn; Kimberly and son, Grayson. David also leaves behind his brothers, Roger, Wilson and Matthew Downs; two sisters, Hope Ann Katz and Wendy Bickford. David will be sadly missed by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Donald and Fern Downs, and David and Lillian Mooney; his granddaughter, Abrienne Rouille; and niece, Rebecca Downs.
