GREENE — Lewiston High School Class of 1961 will celebrate its 55th reunion from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at the home of John and Pat Schott at 303 South River Road. The rain date will be Sunday, Oct. 2.

This will be a simple event; the entertainment will be catching up with fellow classmates. The event is free, and lunch will be purchased with proceeds from the 50th reunion.

Those attending should bring their own beverages, snacks and chairs. They may also bring hiking shoes to walk on the 12 miles of trails on the property or kayaks or canoes that can be launched from the dock into the Androscoggin River. Pets are not allowed. Reservations are not necessary.
