NORWAY — The Western Maine Art Group begins its fall season with a First Friday Reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 7 at the gallery, 426 Main St.

Featured in October is the original jewelry of Suzie Bottomley, a long-standing member of the Western Maine Art Group. Also attending the reception will be Western Maine Art Group’s new president, Melanie Tornberg.

The gallery exhibits include the collection of original arts, mosaics, landscapes, figurative paintings, still life paintings and jewelry.

The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
