FARMINGTON — Robert Cedre Jr., 67, a resident of Greene, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Sept. 25, at Franklin Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Ciales, Puerto Rico, the son of Robert and Lydia (Ramos) Cedre Sr.
He was employed as a salesperson for Bath Fitters and Dick’s Sporting Goods. He was also an active volunteer counselor with people who faced addiction. He treated them passionately to help those addicted in conquering their illness.
Robert was a natural salesman and genuine personality who loved his friends and family. He was also noted to dress up and was noted to be the best-dressed man in Lewiston and Auburn.
Survivors include his wife, Gisele Cedre; his three stepsons, Charles, Joseph and Thomas, all of Auburn; one daughter, Elizabeth Wuori and husband, Erik, of Isleboro; four sisters, Ursula Gray of Leeds, Veronica Cedre of Greene, Theresa Croteau and husband, Tony, of Auburn, and Mercedes Goulet and husband, Kerry, of Greene; and his aunt, Rosa Orjales of Greene.
