• Sept. 29, 10:43 p.m.: Thomas Milligan, 61, of Winterport, Connecticut, arrested on Route 108 by Patrolman Lawrence Briggs on a charge of operating under the influence and operating while license suspension. Milligan was taken to the Rumford Police Department and released on $400 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 14.
• Sept. 28, 8:46 a.m.: Amanda Spitzer, 35, Wilton turned herself in on a warrant and was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris.
• Sept. 27, 5:26 p.m.: A Rumford female reported items were stolen from her rental property when the former tenants moved out. Cpl. Lawrence Winson assigned.
• Sept. 27, 8:25 a.m.: A Rumford male reported his mountain bike was stolen from his backyard. Cpl. Winson assigned.
• Sept. 26, 8:41 p.m.: Edith Green, 37, of Rumford was arrested on Falmouth Street on a warrant on a charge of unpaid fines. Green was released on $110 cash bail.
• Sept. 26, 8:41 p.m.: Ryan Green, 44, of Rumford was arrested on a warrant on Falmouth Street. He was transported to Oxford County Jail.
• Sept. 26, 6:47 p.m.: James Anderson, 46, of Rumford turned himself in on a warrant for unpaid fines. He was released on $550 cash bail.
• Sept. 26, 1:37 p.m.: A Franklin Street resident reported someone broke into her vehicle overnight but she didn’t find anything missing. Sgt. Doug Maifeld was assigned.
• Sept. 25, 3:35 p.m.: Peter Gordon, 38, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Lawrence Briggs on a warrant for failure to appear. Gordon was transported to the Rumford Police Department and released on $250 cash bail.
• Sept. 25, 2:49 a.m.: Officers responded to a Waldo Street apartment for a noise complaint and arrested Brittany Rowe, 23, of Skowhegan and Alyssa Newcomb, 24, of Rumford on a charge of disorderly conduct. They were transported to the Rumford Police Department and released on $400 unsecured bail. Rowe and Newcomb are scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 14.
• Sept. 24, 5:49 p.m.: Wendy Varney, 41, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Doug Maifeld on Waldo Street on a charge of violation of conditions of release. She was not eligible for bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail. Her court date is Nov. 14.
• Sept. 24, 9:49 a.m.: Sgt. Doug Maifeld is investigating a report of diesel fuel stolen from machinery at a Route 2 business.
• Sept. 24, 12:41 a.m.: Luis Rivera, 33, of Mexico was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release. He was transported to the Oxford County Jail. His court date is Nov. 14.
• Sept. 23, 3:45 p.m.: Elizabeth Frisk, 37, of Rumford was arrested on Waldo Street by Patrolman Briggs on a charge of domestic violence assault. Frisk was released on $800 unsecured bail. Court date is Oct. 3.
• Sept. 23, 5:07 p.m.: A Spring Avenue resident reported items stolen from her vehicle. Sgt. Maifeld is investigating. At 5:32 p.m., there was another report from Prospect Avenue of a vehicle that was burglarized.
• Sept. 23, 9:10 a.m.: Two vehicles on Holyoke Avenue were reportedly entered and property taken, including firearms. Sgt. Maifeld is investigating.
• Sept. 23, 8:14 a.m.: Martin Holmquist, 38, of Peru, was arrested on Chase Avenue on charges of possession of a schedule drug, falsifying evidence and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $800 unsecured bail. He is to appear in Rumford District Court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 14.
