ANSWER: The Once More Store is a family-run business that buys and sells mostly gently used children’s items, including clothing, shoes, baby gear, small furniture, video games and movies. It is at 1480 Lisbon St. in Lewiston and can be reached by calling (207) 333-9878.

Another option is the Lisbon Mill Mall, a large indoor flea market. You pay for booth space with the price dependent on size and location in the mall. Once you set up and price all of your items, you do not need to be present to sell them. A cashier will collect all sales for you. It is at 1 Upland Road in Lisbon and can be reached by calling (207) 331-3938.

You could also hold your own garage sale. Permits cost $10 for Lewiston residents and are good for three consecutive days.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Since you seem to find answers to so many questions, can you help me with this? I recently found, while cleaning up some debris beside a road I frequently travel, a TracFone cellphone that appears to have been accidentally discarded with beer cans and sandwich packaging. I would like to know how to return the phone to its owner as it appears to be functioning and has time left on its contract. I am neither cellphone nor computer literate, so I am hoping for some guidance. Thank you for any help that you can provide. The contract on their phone will expire Nov. 10 per the message on its screen. — No name, no town.

ANSWER: Lost items can be turned in to your local police department. This is helpful because valuable property, such as a cellphone, may have already been reported lost, missing or stolen. Police departments will often have an evidence filing system for items to be matched with these reports. Check with your local department to find out where to take this particular item.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: A couple of months ago I gave a German shepherd named Houston to a couple. I have paperwork that they need, but I have lost all of their contact information. They need to contact me so I can get their phone number or call me after 7 p.m. My phone number is (207) 674-3573. — Bill, South Paris.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: In response to a reader’s request, I have a copy of Dr. Roach’s column on sepsis if she would call me with her address. My phone number is (207) 376-5328. I read and enjoy your column every day. Thank you for your hard work! — No name, Lewiston.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Thank you for your speedy response to my request for Dr. Roach’s article on sepsis. I am an SJ subscriber, very wide range of well-written articles and excellent coverage near and far. I also collect can tabs for our American Legion and was happy to hear about others collecting them as well. Thank you, again! — Mary Beth, Litchfield.
