Another option is the Lisbon Mill Mall, a large indoor flea market. You pay for booth space with the price dependent on size and location in the mall. I recently found, while cleaning up some debris beside a road I frequently travel, a TracFone cellphone that appears to have been accidentally discarded with beer cans and sandwich packaging. I would like to know how to return the phone to its owner as it appears to be functioning and has time left on its contract. ANSWER: Lost items can be turned in to your local police department. This is helpful because valuable property, such as a cellphone, may have already been reported lost, missing or stolen. Police departments will often have an evidence filing system for items to be matched with these reports. Check with your local department to find out where to take this particular item.
