AUGUSTA — Graveside services for Mary M. Venskus of Rumford were conducted Thursday, Oct. 6, at 10 a.m. at the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta, with the Rev. William Modlin officiating. Music “Be Not Afraid” was provided by granddaughter, Briana Hart. Words of remembrance were given by her daughter-in-law, Ramona Venskus. The poem “Safely Home” was read by granddaughter, Sarah Hart. Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
