GREENE — Leroy W. Polley, 74, a longtime resident of Wales, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday, Oct. 11, at his home in Greene.

He enjoyed fishing and watching Westerns. He resided with his caregivers, Jane and Buddy Edwards in Greene and considered Buddy’s children, Kashlynn and Koden as his own. He is survived by two brothers, Ralph Polley, of Greene and Ray Polley, of Wales.

He was predeceased by his parents, Maurice Polley and Florence Brown Polley; his brothers, George, Atton, Donald, Charlie Polley and Johnny Perkins; and two sisters, Dot Wentzel and Evelyn Leet.
