The Rangeley Region Guides’ and Sportsmen’s Association will host its monthly potluck dinner and educational program on Thursday October 20, 2016. RRG&SA is pleased to welcome DIFW deer biologist Kyle Ravana to this meeting. Kyle will present the initial results of the ongoing deer winter mortality study, and he will be happy to answer and address questions and concerns about Maine’s white-tailed deer. This will be a great opportunity for members and the public to learn the most current information and management strategies for Maine’s deer. Our potluck dinner will start at 5:30PM, followed by a brief business meeting, then Kyle’s presentation. The RRG&SA clubhouse is located on Old Skiway Road in Oquossoc. The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting.
