Cape Cod Hill fourth- and fifth-graders celebrate Constitution Day on Sept. 16 by performing “The Constitution Rap.” Standing with the children, Isabel Foss, a Daughter of the American Revolution, led the rap and also gave each student their own pocket copy of the U.S. Constitution.
