FARMINGTON — Healthy Community Coalition staff is available to administer the influenza vaccine (seasonal flu shot) at sites throughout the community in November.

The schedule is:

Rangeley: 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Rangeley Food Pantry, Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.

Phillips: Noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Skowhegan Savings Bank.

Strong: 2 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov.  15, at Strong Community Building.

New Vineyard: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at Village Market.

Industry: 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at Industry Town Office.

Public flu shots are available to individuals 18 and older from the Healthy Community Coalition. For individuals that do not have insurance, there is a suggested donation of $20. HCC is unable to accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. It purchases all vaccine used for the public clinics and appreciates donations to help cover costs for those in need.
