PORTLAND — The American Red Cross is encouraging eligible donors to give the gift of blood this November to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the holiday season.

Upcoming blood donation opportunities include:

Gray: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at Gray-New Gloucester High School, 10 Libby Hill Road.

Lewiston: 7 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 23, at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, 99 Campus Ave., and 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Nov. 25, at Mechanics Savings Bank, 664 Main St.

New Gloucester: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Pineland Farms, 59 Pineland Drive.

Auburn: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at Central Maine Community College, 1250 Turner St.

Farmington: noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, in North Dining Hall at the University of Maine at Farmington, 246 Main St.
