LEWISTON — A free community seminar focused on general shoulder pain will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, in the ABC Conference Room at Central Maine Medical Center, 12 High St.

The discussion will be led by Dr. Paul R. Cain, MD, and is designed specifically for anyone suffering from shoulder injuries or pain, including rotator cuff injuries and tears.
