JAY — Spruce Mountain High School has announced its event schedule for the weeks of Nov. 27 to Dec. 10. 

Winter Sports: The first day of winter athletic practices for Alpine & Nordic Skiing will begin on Monday, Nov. 28.

Class Rings: Students who have ordered class rings will have them delivered on Thursday, Dec. 1.

‘Canterbury Tales’: SMHS drama students and community members will perform the musical “Canterbury Tales” at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 2 and 3. Admission will be $5.

Winter Sports Team Pictures: The winter sports teams of basketball, skiing and cheering will have their team pictures taken on Tuesday, Dec. 6, after school in the gym. Order forms are available in the office.

Math Meet: The math team will travel to Paris for a math meet at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School on Wednesday, Nov. 7.

National Guard assembly: the National Guard will present an assembly on Friday, Dec. 9, in the SMHS cafeteria about students’ digital footprints and appropriate use of technology.
