AUBURN — The Episcopal Church Women of St. Michael’s Church in Auburn recently donated lap robes to Central Maine Medical Center for its patients.

The ECW have also started their Mitten Project for this season. Joyce Baker, chairperson of St. Michael’s Church Outreach program, will collect mittens from the parishioners though January. The mittens collected will be given to the High Street Congregational Church to be handed out at their Food Pantry.

ECW is also planning a cookie swap and Christmas party in early December.

The women meet monthly at the church at 78 Pleasant St. to work on projects, hear speakers and enjoy fellowship.
