LEWISTON — Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice is offering a commemorative ornament  to recognize a loved one while contributing to a good cause. 

The 2016 Remembrance Ornament features holiday candles and is cast in pewter. It measures 2.25 inches by 3 inches. The ornament costs $20 and comes pre-wrapped in a silver bag. A tag personalized with the honored individual’s name is included. All proceeds are dedicated to home health and hospice services for patients who don’t have resources to pay for care.

Ornaments may be picked up after Thursday, Dec. 8, at AHCH’s Lewiston Office, 15 Strawberry Ave. A $3 mailing fee is required for all orders needing shipment. Those placing an order should allow two weeks for delivery.

Order forms are also available , at the AHCH Lewiston office, the AHCH Hospice House on Stetson Road in Auburn, and at all Mechanic Savings Bank locations.
