1928 – 2016

LEWISTON — Marion (Till) Evelyn Flint, 88, of Mechanic Falls passed awayWednesday, Nov. 30, at Central Maine Medical Center.

Marion was born in Portland on Jan. 24, 1928, a daughter of Walter and Marguerite (Roberts) Rollins and was educated in Portland schools.

She worked as a baker for many years at Cole Farms Restaurant in Gray, from where she retired in 2006.

She married Robert M. Flint on May 1, 1954. He passed away on Sept. 1, 2014.

Marion enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting and doing puzzles. Marion loved spending time with her family and enjoyed preparing food and served many meals at family gatherings. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She leaves behind two sons, Kerry Flint and his wife, Susan, of Mechanic Falls, and Kenneth Flint and his wife, Kathy, of Mechanic Falls; one daughter, Kathy Jordan and her husband, Jim, of Mechanic Falls; a stepdaughter, Cynthia Anderson and her husband, Bob, of Florida; a brother, John Rollins and his wife, Eleanor, of Windham; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, Marion is predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
