1944 – 2016
WEST PARIS — Sharon A. Hatch, 72, of South Paris passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at the Ledgeview Living Center in West Paris.
Sharon was born in Auburn on Feb. 7, 1944, a daughter of Chester and Lena (Dalton) Boston. She attended Auburn schools, graduating from Edward Little High School. She then attended and was graduated from the Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing.
As a registered nurse, Sharon worked at Stephens Memorial Hospital, Andrews House in South Paris, Bridgton Health Care as director of nursing, Ledgeview Living Center and the Maine Veterans’ Home in South Paris.
Sharon married Joseph Hatch on June 9, 1966, and they had lived in Waterford and Norway for many years. Joseph passed away on July 10, 2011.
She enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Norway Country Club.
She leaves behind two sons, James Hatch and his wife, Heather, of South Paris, and Eric Hatch of Sanford; her brother, Larry Boston of Waterville; and two sisters, Constance Burnham of Otisfield, and Janice Gagne of Scottsdale, Ariz.
