NORWAY — William Eaton of Norway died Friday, Dec, 9 at Stephens Memorial Hospital, surrounded by much of his family.
An athletic director and coach for many years, he retired to Norway in 1997 where he continued his public service volunteering as a wrestling coach at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, serving Kiwanis and the library.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Fatzinger Eaton of nearly 61 years; four children; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. To learn more about Bill’s life and to leave a message of condolence please visit www.chandlerfunerals.com.
