1967 – 2016

LEWISTON — Trevor G. Stevens, 49, a resident of Lewiston, passed away Sunday, Dec. 18, at Central Maine Medical Center, following a lingering illness.

He was born March 8, 1967, in Lewiston, the son of Royal Stevens and Maureen (Wilkins) Stevens. Trevor was a graduate of Lewiston High School. He worked as a meat cutter for Ballard Meats in Manchester.

Trevor enjoyed kayaking, fishing and any outdoor activity. He loved animals and always had a pocketful of treats.

He is survived by two special young men whom he helped raise, Stephen Welch and Michael Chamard; his companion, Paula Ketch of Lewiston; four brothers, Howard Stevens and his wife, Cindy, of Greene, Robert Stevens, Derek Stevens and Royal Stevens Jr. and his wife, Danielle, all of Leeds; three sisters, Sue Stevens of Monmouth, Heidi Pratt and her husband, David, of Leeds and Vickie Stevens and companion, Richard Bryant, of South Portland; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents.
