AMVETS New Year’s Eve

JAY — AMVETS Post 33 will have music by Cowboy Billy and Malinda Liberty from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. New Year’s Eve, Saturday, Dec. 31, on Main Street.

There will not be a cover charge.

West Paris Historical Society meets

WEST PARIS — West Paris Historical Society met Dec. 12 at the home of Ken and Sandy Poland for a Christmas get-together. There were 17 in attendance, and each bought a gift to exchange. 

Meetings will resume in the New Year.

VFW Post 9787 to meet

PARIS — Floyd A. Harlow Jr. VFW Post 9787 will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at the post home, 58 Main St.
