LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will host its Mind Your Business, Business Development Series from 8:15 to 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, at its conference room, 415 Lisbon St.

The topic is Entrepreneurship: Look Before You Leap!

The workshop will be helpful for those ready to begin their entrepreneurial journey. It will review what to consider before putting money down to start a business.

Facilitator Tim Cyr has started and owned several successful businesses and had a couple of not-so-successful ventures. He is a founder of the Aspiring Entrepreneurs’ Guild and of Advanced Computing Techniques. He will share what he has learned in working with closely held businesses and his own entrepreneurial ventures.
