RUMFORD — The Big Apple on Route 2 was robbed Tuesday, according to Rumford Police Chief Stacy Carter.
The robbery was reported at 7:13 p.m.
Detective George Cayer said a male entered the store with a firearm and robbed the on-duty clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash.
Rumford police are looking for anyone who may have seen a four-door passenger car leaving the parking lot next to the Big Apple.
