UPDATE: The Paris Police Department reports Kevyn Michael-Warren returned home safely.
PARIS — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Paris man, who was last seen late Monday afternoon.
Kevyn-Michael Warren, 22, was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. after leaving his East Main Street home, according to Paris police. Warren has developmental disabilities and was on his way to the Paris Public Library at 37 Market Square to return DVDs.
He was last seen wearing a dark green LL Bean winter coat, fleece pants and black sneakers. He was carrying a small red backpack with a stripe down the middle.
