1945 – 2017

LEWISTON — Marion Savard, 71, of Lewiston died peacefully at home Sunday morning, Jan. 22, with her loving husband by her side.

She was born in Rumford on April 25, 1945. She attended Stephens High School in Rumford.

She worked as a stitcher in the shoe industry, Livermore Falls Shoe, Custom Stitchers and Falcon Shoe.

She enjoyed going to casinos, bingo, spending time with her family and grandsons and going to Garland Pond with her sisters.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Savard; sons, Bob Mills and wife, Joleen; grandsons, Sean and Ryan Mills of Livermore Falls; daughter, Nancy and John Grenier of Lewiston; son, Michael Savard and companion, Suzanne, of Winthrop; siblings, Clarence Adams of Connecticut, Patricia Burnham of Bethel, Daniel Adams of New Hampshire and James Adams of Nevada; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by brother, Bob Adams; and sisters, Kathleen Holtzman and Florence Wigglesworth; and parents, George and Florence Adams.
