AUBURN — The city will implement a parking ban for what Deputy Chief Jason Moen termed “the next round of Mother Nature’s wrath.”

The ban begins at noon Thursday and ends at 7 a.m. Friday. The downtown parking district is exempt from the ban until 11  p.m.
