LIVERMORE — Following an executive session Monday, selectpersons voted to hire Randall Tirrell for the Highway Department.
Tirrell worked for the town before leaving in 2015 to work for Regional School Unit 73 as a custodian/bus driver.
His first day is March 27. His starting pay is $16 per hour.
“Until Tirrell begins, the department will be down one driver,” Administrative Assistant Amy Byron said. “Spares/call-in employees will be used, if needed, for storms.”
Byron said Randall Nutt, who resigned from the department Feb. 21, has agreed to be a spare driver.
