Unbelievable, all the hoopla in the news over health care. It seems the politicians cannot come up with a plan to fit everyone’s needs at a low cost for the people they work for (that would be the American taxpayers).

How about this for a concept — everyone have the same insurance the federal elected officials do. It could easily be funded by not sending billions of dollars to countries that hate the United States anyway, or to help some dictator live a lavish life.

Maybe set the premium at two percent of a person’s income per month with a minimum of $100 for everyone. So if a person makes thousands, he pays a bigger portion than the guy who makes hundreds.

The other thing that needs to take place is to rein in the health care system. Apparently, it runs on an open-checkbook mentality.

Health insurance is not rocket science and is very fixable, without months and years of bickering.
