Jay police looking for person in connection to fraud investigation

The Jay Police Department is trying to identify the female in this photo as part of a credit card fraud investigation. Her last known location is Portland. Detective Michael Mejia said a Jay resident’s credit card has been used at two Hannafords in Portland to buy about $900 in gift cards — one at each store.
