This is in response to Jeffrey Keenan’s letter regarding Dr. Jan Kippax (March 24).
His statement, “Well, duh, they were having their teeth pulled,” is ludicrous. Mistreatment is not an expectation when having teeth pulled. Neither is a broken jaw, or ignoring patients’ complaints of pain when a dentist fails to wait for local anesthetic to take effect.
Also, there are complaints from former employees who witnessed improprieties.
Kippax needs to lose his license to practice dentistry. Enough is enough.
