FARMINGTON – Friday April 14 at 6 p.m. there will be a dance recital for public viewing at the Community Center in Farmington.  

This program has been ongoing at the community center under the direction of Sue Jones and her daughter Abigail Howell. The spring performance is called “Dance Across America”, with a focus on patriotic music.  

The children have learned modern dance, baton twirling, sign language, and a few other surprises. Along with the patriotic themes there are other dance specials.   There will be a dedication to all military veterans with the music from each branch of the service.  

The recital is free and lasts about 40 minutes.  For more information, call Sue at 778-2740.
