Coach: Bridget Blood (first year)
Class: C South; Conference: MVC
Returning athletes: I have six returning juniors this year. Juniors — Chenoa Savage (3B), Abby Holland (SS), Emma Berube (2B), Kaci Presby (C), Denesha Begin (OF), Victoria Glidden (1B/OF); Sophomore — Summer Ross (P).
Key loss: Alora Ross (injury).
Promising newcomers: Freshmen — Allison Pinkham (1B), Hailey Walker(P).
Season outlook: The Roadrunners have a new coach and a young team, so this season will be about growth throughout the year. Blood still thinks her team can be competitive in the MVC and Class C South, with a middle-of-the-pack finish not out of the question.
