LEWISTON — The Ark & Olive Branch Cafe will present a natural remedies seminar from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, at 791 Lisbon St.
The seminar will be presented by Lee Wellard, master herbalist, Naturopath, Lay Institute of Global Health Training.
Making herbal remedies at home is easier than many people think. The seminar will teach how to make the home remedies, including cold and flu syrup. It will also teach how herbs can replace supplements, how to combine herbs for relief from chronic diseases and discuss how herbs can can balance hormones, give energy, improve sleep, and sooth pain.
The seminar is free to attend, but registration is required.
