A highly accomplished payroll professional with experience in all areas of payroll and tax filing, Caron is responsible for managing all human resources functions and initiatives as well as all accounting and tax functions of the company.
His select accomplishments include building customer service teams of a rapidly expanding payroll bureau, increasing operational efficiency through the implementation of policies and procedures, execution of software compliance upgrades, successful conversion and onboarding of clients acquired through acquisition, and design and execution of employee incentive programs.
