Sabattus Regional Credit Union distributed $13,274.66 to local hunger organizations in 2016. SRCU placed 14th in total funds raised and fourth in member contributions in the Maine Credit Union’s Campaign for Ending Hunger. It received a reward grant of $1,600 for placing in the top 25 in both categories, adding to the $11,674.66 the credit union raised. This could not have been done without volunteers, staff, local businesses and members who were part of this fundraising effort. Pictured are members of local hunger organizations and staff at SRCU.
