Emera Maine crews are scheduled to install new equipment that will help improve service to customers in Orono on Friday, June 2. The work will begin at 9 a.m. and last approximately two hours. During this time electric service will be suspended to enable crews to safely complete their work and will impact all customers residing at The Avenue and Washburn Place apartment complexes in Orono.
The public is urged to use caution, move over when possible, and pass at a safe speed if approaching utility crews working on or alongside roadways. Customers may ask questions by calling our Customer Service Center at (207) 973-2020 or 1-855-EMERA11 (1-855-363-7211).
