The Minot Historical Society met May 9 at the Minot Municipal Building for the annual presentation by the Junior History Club. Members heard information on the railroad time line and Maine trees and saw a display of corn husk dolls. The junior members recited poetry. The participants were given gifts of appreciation. The society meets at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month, at the Minot Municipal Building. All are welcome.
