Proceeds will benefit the church’s local ministries.

CHESTERVILLE — The North Chesterville Extension Homemakers benefit bake sale will be at 8 a.m Tuesday, June 13, at the Chesterville Town office. The sale will go on until all the food is gone.

This sale will benefit the Chesterville Town Kitchen Fund.

FARMINGTON — “Maine’s Mega Yard Sale,” expected to include almost 100 sellers, will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at the Farmington Fairgrounds.

Parking will be availalbe on High Street, directly across from the Farigrounds.

Maine’s Mega Yard Sale is one of the largest fundraisers of the year for the Franklin County Animal Shelter. The summer is a very busy time of year for the shelter, so the proceeds from entrance fees and vendor registration fees will help cover the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinating, feeding, and caring for the many stray cats and dogs brought to the shelter.

All proceeds from space reservations and entrance fees will benefit the Franklin County Animal Shelter.

Cost: $1 entry fee.
