HARTFORD — The Board of Selectmen will remain all women.
In the annual town election Tuesday, Lorelee Swan beat Clarence Hill, 50-26.
Swan will serve the remaining two years of left by Selectman Peg Poskus, who resigned last month for health reasons.
Selectman Cathy Lowe ran unopposed and received 77 votes. She will serve another three-year term.
Chairwoman Lee Holman is the third person on the board.
Alan “Bim” McNeil was elected to another two-year term as road commissioner. He ran unopposed and received 74 votes.
The $50,000 state bond for economic development was approved by Hartford residents, 50-37.
