SOUTH BERWICK (WGME) – A man is accused of exposing himself to two children under the age of 12 in South Berwick.
The South Berwick Police Department says they arrested 30-year-old Benjamin P. Fecteau, of Eliot, on Thursday. He was charged with two counts of visual sexual aggression against a child under age 12.
Police say the arrest was the result of a month-long investigation regarding an incident that occurred on Middle Street in South Berwick on May 20 where Fecteau was alleged to have exposed himself.
The suspect was known to the juvenile victims.
He was taken to York County Jail where his bail was set at $5,000 with conditions that he has no contact with the victims or any child under the age of 12.
