FARMINGTON — Farmington Police are asking for the public’s help in locating five stolen guitars and an amp.
The stolen items are:
• A Gibson Flying V2, maple with walnut trim and gold hardware;
• A Gibson ES 135 Limited Edition, red with gold hardware;
• A Heritage 535, walnut stain with Bigsby;
• A Fender Eric Johnson Model Stratocaster, two-tone sunburst;
• A Danelectro U2, coral color; and
• A Vox AC10 amp.
Farmington Sgt. Edward Hastings said the combined total value of these items is around $8,000 to $10,000. The items are believed to have been stolen during a vehicle theft incident this past week, he said.
A Subaru Baja was taken from a garage on Lake Street overnight Monday and was found on a snowmobile trail by the Sandy River Thursday.
Those who may have information about these thefts are urged to call the Farmington Police Department at 207-778-6311.
