AUBURN — Carol Ann Matthews Woodard Lasko, 82, of Lewiston passed away on Tuesday, June 20, at the Hospice House in Auburn with her family by her side.
Carol was born in Lewiston on March 24, 1935, to William and Marion Matthews. She worked at Central School as a lunch lady and at Lovelette Nursing Home as a cleaning lady. She loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband and soul mate, Jack Lasko; daughter, Jill Perkett and husband, David; sons, Bruce Woodard and wife, Linda, and James Woodard; stepdaughters, Brenda Cyr and husband, Marc, Sharon Hackett and husband, John, and Christy Kyajohnian and husband, Mike; stepson, Mike Lasko and wife, Tammy; sister, Joyce Stevens; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
Carol was predeceased by her mother and father; and her siblings, Claire Tiner, Anita Craw, Freeman Matthews and William Matthews.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at CMMC M1 and the Hospice House for the love and care they gave.
