PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — Mike Olt hit a two-run home run and had two hits as the Portland Sea Dogs beat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 2-1 on Tuesday.

New Hampshire started the scoring in the first inning. After leading off the inning with a double, Jonathan Davis advanced to third on a groundout and then scored on a sacrifice fly by Danny Jansen.

The Sea Dogs took the lead for good in the second inning when Olt homered to bring home Michael Chavis.

Taylor Grover (2-3) got the win with four innings of scoreless, two-hit relief while New Hampshire starter Shane Dawson (1-8) took the loss in the Eastern League game.
